Cast Iron UCP Series Bearing comes with a bearing insert with a spherical outer diameter in a 2 bolt cast iron housing. The UCP series bearing is usually fixed to the shaft by means of 2 set screws in the extended portion of the inner ring. It helps in providing very low friction during rolling but has a limited load-carrying capacity. Cast Iron UCP Series Bearing is because of the small area of contact between the balls and the races. They can support axial loads in two directions besides radial loads. These are used for controlling oscillatory and rotational motion.
